Hello. You have probably already found the simplest way to flush - simply use a set of "bunny ears" with a fresh water hose. Attach the ears to the outdrive and run the motor at idle with the fresh water running. Make sure the motor gets to normal temperature so the thermostat opens. Alternately, there are kits available that can be installed on the motor that provide a flush fitting that you can simply connect the hose to directly - same idea, just easier to do since you don't need the "ears".
