Question

My main disk drive failed, I have to now use a different computer & need to install Norton Internet Security 2009 onto this PC. The PC that failed ran Vista, this replacement uses XP. I have more than 1 year's subscription in credit & I have the product key. How can I download again? Clive Hollins

Accepted Answer

hello sir,

don't worry, you can download your product again and continue using it.

please enter this page

www.mynortonaccount.com

and login to your norton account. if you don't remember your password, please use the "forgot my password" feature and have your password sent to your email address. (your email address is the email address you have used when you purchased your subscription)

when you are in your account, you will be able to retrieve your product as download. so you can download it, and reinstall on your computer.

i hope that helps,

if you need to ask questions, i will be happy to assist your further

Your reply got me onto the website I needed to be on - I was, however, disappointed that I had to buy a 'New Key' for £39.99 to download the software again (being as I had been over-charged at last renewal & had well over a year's subscription still to run!). Still, I understand that this was not your fault, so thanks for your help.
