They are likely to be colon polyp which can give rectal bleeding. They are small growth from the internal lining of the large intestines. Most of them are benign. There are many vanities of presentation and everybody has a very unique presentation. Just looking at a previous photograph may not likely help you identifying the lesion or nature yourself as many times it is difficult for the very experienced clinician to identify the growth by just the looks.
