How can I adjust the door on our Smeg SUK81MFX it wont close properly

What is actually happening with the door?
Does it close and then open a little?

Closes easy enough but doesn't stay sealed and as you say is open a little

Hiya,
Open the door, lock the hinges and take the door off.
First thing, check the screws holding the hinge slots in place are tight.
If they are, get a large screwdriver, put it into the slot and bend the bottom out a little.
Refit the door and see if it closes any better.

If not, you'll need to fit new hinges to the door and new hinge receivers (or whatever name they give them this week) to get it to close properly again.
