He is conscious, clammy to the touch. He's diabetic, takes hydrocodone, morphine, lyrica, lisinopril, simvastatin, nortriptyline, and zonisamide.

Hello,

 

His Blood Pressure is too low, it would be best advisable to take him to the ER for IV fluids and medications to bring his BP up and replace lost fluids to correct this dehydration.
