Hello,
I will I would love to help. Can you please give me some more information.
Why do you think he ate something that he can not get out?
What do you think he may have eaten?
Can you explain to me exactly what he is doing?
Does his stomach look larger then normal and hard?
Are his gums pink and moist?
When did he last urinate and defecate?
Ok,
I would say he should be seen as son as possible, since you have not seen any sign of stool it is possible he has eaten something that he can not pass. You can try giving a gas x to help to remove the air build up if there is one.
Here is a link to the recommended dose. This is often recommended if bloat is a possibility. If he does not appear to be building gas in the stomach I would not give.

You can call the emergency you will be taking him to and explain you can not get there for 4-5 hours but that you will be coming in.
I would not recommend waiting, If this is a blockage the quicker it is removed the better his chances of a full recovery.
Please let me know how he is doing.
