Question

When I brought my Gateway Windows Vista "Works" was installed with the computer. I am know have trouble with the spell check on the word prosesser. I get a message that an error have occured and Works my have to be reinstalled. I've only had the computer less than a year. Can you help me?

But you will need the disc to resolve the issue,Microsoft Supplemental Parts team is the only responsible about this kind of issues. Just call Microsoft and tell them you need a new MS Works disc they will request a proof of purchase. just follow their instructions. they will ship a new installation disk to your postal address (without product key)

After that uninstall the program restart the PC and reinstall the program from the disc.
