Why can't I open wav attachments with windows 07? Thank you.

I'm used to XP..and the wav's would open..not so with windows 07..I've tried to download them..no luck.

It just sounds like an odd issue. I assume you're using IE, in which case you should just download the file, wait for it to finish and double click on it... works that way in my Windows 7.

Ok lay this out for me:
(1) You are accessing your email through webmail correct? (i.e. accessing it on Internet Explorer by logging in on their website and not on a program like Outlook.)
(2) Who is your email provider?
(3) What browser are you using and what version
(4) When you click on the file to download it, does the Save option come up, does it save it, what happens exactly?

I just tried again..It opens it and puts it into a folder..I do not see anything!

Ok so you can see the file downloaded correct?
Right click on it and go to 'Open With' and tell me what programs are in that list
