Question

What if a parent creates a document which is full of inaccurate information and lies, and convinces a child to sign it. The child does not agree with it, and does not want to go forward, but she is afraid to tell the truth. She is 15 yrs old, and her mother has sole custody, but the Father is trying to get custody.
