Question

I'm a dentist in Reno, NV. I used to work as an associate dentist at a Corporation. When I was hired, they made me sign a contract saying that I'll not take any of their employees when I leave the company. I left that company about 10 months ago, and opened my own practice. One of their employees wants to come and work for me. Can they take any legal action?
