Already Tried:
I reported to the IC3 and trying to call the police. Police said tried to get the money from the bank I wired to, but the bank cannot help me. I tried to contact Google Checkout live chat, but they are not always available.
Accepted Answer
Yes, to prosecute the seller you would first need to contact the district attorney in the city where the seller is located to report the fraud. Google only offers to act as an intermediary in an arbitration dispute, which will not help you if the seller refuses to respond. Additionally, you should contact your bank to report the bank wire fraud.
