Hi, Just wanted to know, I had a hysterectomy four years ago as I had a prolapse, it was a vaginal hysterectomy, within 2 years I started to get a repeat prolapse although i was regularly doing the pelvic floor exercises they advised me to do, I find it most uncomfortable after I have been on my feet for a few hours, and sometimes after a bowel motion and it also feels as if my back end has dropped. Is this possible, I have discussed this with my Dr. who tells me that weight loss and muscle excersing is the answer. I am 58 years old. Is there any medical procedure I could have done to fix this problem. By the way, I had 3 big babies all 11 lbs birth weight quick natural deliveries, my last pregnancy when I was 40.
