Hello,

If the investigations for the loss of appetite were normal, then it would not be worrying. See that your thyroid function tests were done, abnormalities of which can sometimes be responsible for the unintentional weight loss.

A mild exercise or work out or simple walking can bring your appetite. Yoga, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, all help in feeling good and better appetite. Obviously you need to eat more than your energy expenditure so you can consume all kind of diets including meat and ice cream in moderate amount. High carbohydrate food like banana, muffins, Bagel, nuts, toasts, potato chips, dairy products also can be consumed. These dietary modification should be helpful in regaining some body weight.

See this diet chart in this resource, which gives you an idea of the food to be consumed;
