I get snow on my screen with DTV with a converter box and digital antenna. I thought that DTV was not supposed to have snow. What can I do to get rid of the snow?

Hi and welcome to JustAnswer,

Initially, postback how the Tivax converter box is connected to the the TV; a single coaxial patchcord or yellow, red & white RCA to RCA cables.

Offhand, if it were a single coaxial patchcord, then the TV must be set to either Channel3 or 4 and if so, then a loose or fault coaxial patchcord, connection or TV tuning could and would cause snowy reception of Channel 3 (4).

Alternately, if the connection were through RCA to RCA cables, then the "snow" could be more of an interference rather than poor reception. Check for possible sources such as those from other electronic devices within the immediate area of the converter and TV.
