Question

Hello. This may seem like a stupid question I've just been through a lot lately and need to put my mind at ease. I was lying in bed watching tv with me head propped up on my hand. I moved around a little bit and in doing so accidently pushed my finger fairly hard into the soft of my temple. Now it hurts there, not excruciating but more like a mild headache (I am also currently suffering from a sinus headache). I know the temple is a vulnerable area and just want to make sure there is nothing to worry about. Thank you!

Hello,

Welcome to Just Answer and thanks for your question. There is nothing to worry about. Try to relax and let your pain reliever work and it should take away the pain in your temple as well as the sinus area. If you really gave it a good bang, don't be surprised if there is a little bump or bruise there in the morning.
