Hi There!!!

Thanks for Choosing Just Answer...

This repair will be fairly extensive. Any areas that the floor is rotted will have to be replaced. IF the floor is not soft in other areas and just stained it can be treated with kilz which will seal the floor and get rid of any bad smells. You are looking at allot of labor time to repair the flooring. I would say a ball park figure on something like this would be about 30 to 40 labor hours in the shop, the price of labor will vary the shop I was at charged 100 an hour. With materials and repairs you are probably looking at another 1200 to 1500 depending on the extent of the damage. So as a ball park figure probably a a deal to save some money. Rates will vary from shop to shop.... Hope this helps...
