Accepted Answer

Hello XXXXXXX:

You will recieve pop ups do you want to allow this?

If you said no you can lock down ports on your machine.

You will need to configure your Trend Micro firewall.

Add Outlook 2003.

I will pay you the $14 for your trouble. But understand... you did not answer the question which was what happened? The Trend firewall was already configured to allow Outlook. The Windows firewall was turned off for years. After asking "Just Answer" for advice, I resolved the problem by deleting Username and password on the email accounts and then re-entering the same Username and passwords,,, in Outlook, I still do not know what happened and how it "got" fixed.
