Hi izzooo,
It sound like syncope which means there is a lack of oxygen to his brain which causes him to pass out and this is just a symptom of a possibly more threatening disease so it is suggested that you seek help for your boy. .It could be a problem with his heart, or a respiratory problem /disease.
continue to walk him in the house as you have been doing and keep him relaxed. I am going to direct you to a sit that talks about this to give you more insight. I am also going to direct you to places that may be able to help you with vet care. Call your local ASPCA also as they may have the name of a vet that works on a sliding scale which means the payment may be lowered according to income.
