Hello,
What other symptoms are you having with this such as:
Shortness of breath?
Type of pain: sharp, pressure, burning
How long has occured?
Are you on any other medications? or medical conditions?
hello,
no shortness of breath
deep ache type of pain
onset 1week, 1 day ago
diabetes, hypothyroidism, pernicious anaemia, ostearthritis
morphine, etodolac, aspirin, statin, ramipril, thyroxine, metformin, glicazide, quinine sulphate, ferrous sulphate, sitagliptin
high on my diagnosis list would be shingles even without a rash or chest wall inflammation. Chest wall inflammation would normally have an increase in pain with deep respirations.
I would encourage you to follow up with your health care provider due to your other medical conditions.
I hope this answered your question.
I have had patients who get shingles without a rash. Maybe your GP would reconsider at your follow up!
God Bless!
