I'm a 21 year old female 5'1 112lbs. Recently i have been feeling dizzy, lightheaded and with all day long mild headaches i feel like my head weighs 30 lbs i feel like there is air in my brain.. i eat all 3 meals and take a multi vitamin everyday. i forget things i cant seem to focus on my work..could u have an explanation for my symptoms? i'm not pregnant.

Hi and thank you for your question. There can be so many different reasons that you are feeling so badly. The first one may be sinus headache or a sinus infection. Do you have any nasal mucus, if so, what color?

no i'm not sick i dont have the flu or anything.

Headaches often come along with dizziness. When you experience this combination, a physical examination is recommended in order to diagnose the case. It is very important to know if the headaches and dizziness are independent or related. Headache and dizziness can be caused by many things including food, physical activities, environment. In most cases mild headaches and dizziness can be treated with rest and diet, by eliminating some known headache causing foods. SOme of the foods known to cause headaches can be found here:
