since monday i have been having headaches feeling dizzy and sick also i am very tired i have not actually passed out but i feel close to it do u know what could be the cause of these systoms ?

As you describe there may be following possibilities in your case.
Low Blood Pressure (hypotension)
Low Blood sugar ( Hypoglycemia)
Anemia
High Blood Pressure
Stress and anxiety
Sinusitis

It is advised to undergo Blood pressure Monitoring , Blood sugar , Complete Blood Count for further evaluation .
You should drink plenty of water and vitamins rich juices .
Avoid taking frequent painkillers .
I suggest you to consult your nearby regular doctor for further evaluation and management.
