Hi, thanks for your question - I'm sorry to hear about your cat having this skin issue. Where on her body is this problem happening?

hi, thanks for your reply .. it is on her back, close to her neck, but the others aren't that close to the recent one .. they are small pimples, a little dry, looks like dandruff, but it isn't.. after the fur falls off, the skin becomes clear, but the fur does not grow back. i hope it's not serious.

Thanks for the additional information. Is she itchy in these areas? Is there any redness?

OK, thanks for your patience. "Pimple" type areas on the skin are often areas of infection, typically due to staph bacteria, which are common on the surface of the skin. However, there's usually an underlying reason why cats and dogs develop this sort of problem, and it may be due to allergy (unlikely with no itching reported), or insect bites (unlikely with no outdoor exposure), or hormonal problems, which are more common in dogs than cats.

This may be some sort of cyst of the hair follicles, which can occur in any species - and is usually not much to worry about.

It would seem reasonable to try treating these issues as a bacterial infection, with topical ointment and oral antibiotics, but in order to get a definitive answer as to what is wrong, I would be recommending a biopsy of the skin, the next time one of these bumps shows up. That sample can be sent to a veterinary dermatopathologist, who studies skin only, and that will give the best hope for a concrete diagnosis and recommended treatment.
