Question
I am a paper carrier and passed out notices to our customers about NOT receiving our tips and as a result I might lose my job. I have some and can get more proof that someone is taking or keeping approximately 75% or more and we are receiving about 10%. Do I have a case?

Answer
Thanks for your question. You may well have case here if you were just alerting customers to a problem. If they terminate you here you may consider wrongful termination. If they have singled you out here for disparate treatment you might consider EEOC complaint. If they terminate here you could claim retaliation ....

Would an attorney take this case based on a contingency basis?
Accepted Answer
Maybe, you can certainly shop it here on that basis.Sometimes they get expense money and then take contingency so it is sort of hybrid.
