Hello; Thank you for responding. At this point, I could offer some suggestions. First of all, you may have some type of infection, exacerbating your symptoms. Lymph nodes tend to swell when there is an infection. Since you have a swollen node and a low grade fever, it is quite possible that you may have an infection. Now, with this being said, you need to report this lymph node to your provider. I suspect this may be your left supraclavicular node. This node can swell with infection; however, it is also commonly palpable when there patients have lymphoma, thoracic or gastric cancers, and tuberculosis. I am not trying to alarm you. The fact that this node became enlarged quickly and is already resolving is a very good sign, and it actually leans toward infection, rather than any cancer; however, I still always recommend evaluation for these nodes. In addition, your provider can evaluate you and determine if you need any antibiotics, if this is indeed an infection. As for Meniere's disease, vertigo and vomiting definitely fit the symptoms of this disorder. I think the ENT specialist will be able to further validate your diagnosis. I hope this helps.
