Answer

For getting a copy of the State tax, I would suggest you call the Department and request a copy of the tax return. You can contact at XXX-XXX-XXXX(Tax administration contact#). There is no form specified to request prior tax return.

Do you also need the federal tax return? If yes than you need to file FOrm 4506 with the IRS along with applicable fees.

i need it NOW.. TODAY. is there a online site i can go to and print it out?

Unfortunately this information cannot be printed online. If you file the tax return with some online site than you may be able to print it from that website.
