You are partway there with the work you are doing but with some more training things should get better.
The reason dogs leap up is to get to our faces as that is the normal greeting area for dogs and we are pretty high off the ground for them.
What I would suggest is to work with her on leash when you have friends all prepared to help you train with her.
Have a friend ring the door bell while you have her on the leash. Put her in a sit stay about 3-4 feet back from the door so you can reach to open it or tell your friend to start to come in. I say start because if the dog gets up the friend goes back out and the door shuts. What you are doing is changing the consequences of her actions ie not sitting means company goes away.
The moment she holds a sit while the company comes in they can come and pat her and even hand her a treat.
Alternatively (depending on weather) you may want the 'company' to come in while you are holding the dog out of reach and stop right at the door but on the inside. Company cannot move towards the dog until she holds a sit for you so the company can come and pet her. With her safely on the leash your company can turn their back until she is in a sit if she gets up.
Once she has this down well you can work up to someone else letting company in while you make her sit in the living room and wait politely to be greeted.
The new rule is no touching the dog or interacting if she is leaping but a sitting dog gets praise, petting, and possibly a nice small but yummy treat.
Hope this helps you!
