Labor prices vary quite a bit around the country not to mention that your particular conditions may present an unusual challenge so the best I can do is an educated guess which would be ~$300 with no painting and no incidental rot repair.

front door jamb split from top inside down to 4 inches below lock and door knob. back door frame rotted out at the bottom on the righ inside about 5 iches up. should i repair or replace entire frame. also, how much to hang bedroom doors

It depends on the budget. Replacing the entire jamb would be more expensive. Split jamb doors typically cost ~$125 to hang.
