Well, it just seems to be one impulsive act from your side , due to your emotions and loneliness overwhelming you and you giving in to the temptation , this can happen to anyone who is in your kind of circumstance where in you and your husband seem to be having a rough phase in your relationship which needs attention from you as well as your husband , so i will request you to rake up the topic of rough phase of your relationship with your husband and convince to accompany you to relationship expert , who can in an unbiased way help you to sort out the issues in your relationship .

 

However, as far as your recent act is concerned , it was once a time kind of a impulsive act , so you just need to forget about it , and move on in life without dwelling on it any further, but since you do have problems with your husband , otherwise you would not have been interested in a man outside your marriage , it only happened as you were not getting enough attention and importance from your husband , so this is what needs attention and concern that is to get back to a healthy relationship with your husband and a relationship counselor can really help you to rekindle the spark betwen the two of you whch is but ofcurse has been missing of late.
