Welcome to Just Answer and thanks for your question. If you are testing negative then you don't have HIV. The "forms" you suggest do not exist and never have. If your current tests say you are negative, then you are.

Yes, your privacy concerns cannot intrude on someone else's health rights. Blood tests for HIV are the ones you want to go by, and if they are negative, you don't have HIV.
It is rare for someone to have HIV symptoms until they have tested positive for years and their immune system has been damaged so they get lots of opportunistic infections. If you are negative by blood test, then it is 100% sure that your symptoms are from something else.
