my wife is having severe moments in the brain and feels slightly dizzy, shes not having headaches but feels like shaking inside shoud this worry us?

Hi and thank you for your question. I am sorry your wife ishaving this problem. A feeling of shaking is the way muscle spasms are frequently described. Does she only feel it in her head or her body as well?

it is only on the brain but it switches sides it is more like movements and she gets a little dizzy when it happens. sometimes is like a strong pressure in the brain

Dizziness along with the sensation of shaking should be reported to her physician as soon as possible because although it could be as benign as a migrane , it could be something more complex like a tumor. I do not want to scare you , but any time a strong pressure is felt in the head it should be followed up with a physician for diagnosis and treatment. Please let me know how she does, ok?
