Try checking for vacuum leaks when the misfire is present.
Get some carb cleaner or starting fluid and spray down the engine.
If the vehicle responds to the external fuel you know you have a vacuum leak.
Do this and get back to me.

car runs great at any other rpm so i dont think it is a vac leak but i have sprayed it

You might want to test fuel pressure and make sure there is a new fuel filter.
Check the spark plugs.

1. Perform a manual power balance test by unplugging the injectors one at a time to determine which cylinder is misfiring.

2. Inspect for water intrusion inside the spark plug well. These engines have a pattern failure with water migrating into the wells.

3. If there is water found, follow Ford's procedure to remove a small section of convolute from the effected ignition coil wire harness, allowing any water that may accumulate to drain away from the spark plug wells in the engine.

well all of the above has been done i do run a shop i am at my wits end with this car fuel pressure is great no injector faults on scanner no water or oil in plug wells any other sugestions
