This code means the fuel system is too leak on the bank 2 which is likely caused by #3 oxygen sensor failing but could also be caused by exhaust leaks, low fuel pressure, vacuum leaks, or intake manifold leaks. You can first check for leaks and if you do not find anything replace the oxygen sensor. Here is a picture location, let me know if you have questions. Thanks
