Info Request

Are you planning to take distribution from 401K or roll it over to a IRA account?

Reply

Roll over.

Accepted Answer

You can roll it over to a IRA account without any tax consequences. You need to open a IRA account and than do either a direct rollover from the 401K to the IRA account or take the distribution and rollover it over to the IRA in 60 day time frame.
