the heater in my 2004 chev.impla. blows out cold air on drivers side &hot air on other side also only cold air from defroster

the side that is not blowing the temperature you want has a actuator that is bad and causing the temperature door to stay in one position and not turn. have either the driver or passenger temperature door actuator. good luck. and please accept my answer. thanks T-MAN
