I pulled the air intake apart to the turbo and spin the blades with no effert. any help would be great.

Answer

hi i can help this is often caused by bad injectors ,but there are a few things to check first , these injectors are warrateed for 200k miles

Customer Concern:Loss of power and an Electronic Control Module (ECM) code: P1093. Vacuum level on supply line is normal.
Tests/Procedures:1. Check the fuel supply line from the fuel filter to the injection pump for a kink.

2. Check for fuel in the engine oil. If so, replace the fuel injectors (all eight).

3. Check the fuel return rate from each bank of fuel injectors, engine cranking for 15 seconds with the engine 1 relay removed from the under-hood fuse block.

4. Should have less than 12 mL from each bank, left and right.

5. If more, replace the fuel injectors per TSB #04-06-04-007F.

6. Verify that vacuum on the fuel supply line is 5" or less at Wide Open Throttle (WOT) in P or N.

7. Disconnect the fuel pressure regulator electrical connector, check for maximum fuel pressure, near 23,000 PSI.
Potential Causes:Restricted Fuel Filter
Fuel Injectors
Restricted Fuel Pump Supply Hose
Tech Tips:See special policy #04039B and bulletin #04-06-04-007F. The special policy extends the injector warranty to 7 years/200,000 miles.
