ANSWERS:
1. They were able to get "married" because she obviously lied on the application for a marriage license.
2. The "marriage" entered into in Arkansas is nul, void and of no legal effect; they are
not legally married because one cannot enter a marriage, if that person is still
married to someone else.
3. The parties will not have to get divorced because they were never legally married
