Question

I sustained an injury to my right jaw in a pathmark supermarket. The injury turned out to be worse than I anticipated and now I am seeking legal advice- I have tried to contact the store itself in regards to this however they have not returned my calls. I am undergoing x-rays and am currently receiving medical treatment for my issue. I am a single mother of 3 and can not properly function to take care of my three children because of this issue. Please help it is not right what they are doing to me and my family. do you think i have a case?

Hello Bella: I'm sorry to hear about your injury. You did not say how the injury occurred, so I can't tell you if you have a case or not. Only a personal injury lawyer can do that. A lawyer would have to review all the facts to determine if the store was negligent , and if their negligence caused you to be injured. Personal injury lawyers work for a percentage of what they recover, so you will not have to pay attorney fees out of your own pocket. Did any of the lawyers you consulted offer to take your case?
