I'm sorry to hear your dog hurt herself. She definitely needs to be evaluated and treated by a vet, as soon as possible. I understand your financial bind, but try these organizations to get help paying for your girl's vet fees and medication:

For the moment, you can help lower her fever by wiping her down with a cool, damp cloth or paper towel (don't let her get a chill while her coat is damp) and wrap a small ice pack in a towel, then place against her belly and under her arms for a few minutes on/a few off. Also, encourage her to drink more water and you can give her 1/2 baby aspirin. However, when she hurt herself falling off the bed, she could have a fracture to her hip, leg, paw, and with the fever, this indicates infection in her system, so she really needs to be seen by a vet. Call your local Humane Society, ASPCA, and Dog Rescue Orgs to see if they can recommend a lower cost vet or one who will see her free of charge, due to your extenuating circumstances.
