These could definitely be warts or something like skin tags. Skin tags are a benign extra piece of skin that would be flesh colored and small. Warts typically take on a 'dusty' white color.
As long as the bumps do not bother you and your Dr has dismissed them, you should have nothing to worry about unless you choose to have these removed. And if so, I would see out either a Gastroenterologist or Dermatologist.
