Info Request

When you say "new" stove what do you mean? Less than a year or more? What store did you purchase it from? Did you send in the warranty registration that came with the stove?

With these questions answered I can best advise you on how to solve the problem...

Your stove has a defective door seal. Most likely a factory defect during manufacture. Wherever the stove was purchased is your first step to having it repaired. Some stores like the "big box" home improvement stores will deal with it themselves. Although a receipt of purchase may be needed. Another option is to contact the manufacturer direct by phone or on line. With the model number and serial number and it being under warranty they will make contact with the store where purchased and implement the process to have the repair made or stove replaced.. Solving problems of this nature are administratively orientated and can become frustrating. Since the burden of getting this done is on the customer don't become frustrated and stick to the process. It often takes several phone calls and re explanations of the problem.
