Question

I have a logitech cordless mouse that is no longer functioning properly. I want to buy a replacement but am unsure which models will be compatible with the logitch desktop receiving box. The model number of the mouse is S/N LZB 00861649 99 0212 PPLO The model number of the desktop receiver is XXXXXX-XXXX C-RD3-DUAL S/N LZC 00211922 please advise

Hello, When you purchase a wireless mouse, it comes with a new wireless receiver. You don't need to worry about compatibility between the existing one. I would recommend that you purchase a MX 1100 Cordless Laser Mouse from Logitech. It's a nice mouse with a lot of features and it fits very comfortable in your hand.
