Hi,
You can set the resolution and refresh rate as recommanded by the message.
To change resolution
  1. Open Display Settings by clicking the Start button

    Picture
    View Full Image
, clicking Control Panel, clicking Appearance and Personalization, clicking Personalization, and then clicking Display Settings.

  2. Under Resolution, move the slider to the resolution you want(1920x2000), and then click Apply.

To change refresh rate to 60 Hz

  1. Open Display Settings by clicking the Start button

    Picture
    View Full Image
, clicking Control Panel, clicking Appearance and Personalization, clicking Personalization, and then clicking Display Settings.

  2. Click Advanced Settings.

  3. Click the Monitor tab, and then select a new refresh rate(60 Hz). The monitor will take a moment to adjust. If you want to keep the changes, click Apply. If you don't apply the changes within fifteen seconds, the refresh rate will revert back to your original setting.

These are the steps for recommanded settings as per the message.
try them
And still no success, play with the lower settings.
It should resolve the issue.
Ask me for more infrmation if needed.
