You've likely got a couple of options. She may be able to go to traffic school, which would keep the points off her license, and can sometimes be slightly cheaper then paying the full ticket price.
Alternatively, you could hire a lawyer to represent her; there are plenty of "ticket clinic" lawyers that handle these types of cases for a fee. Most likely, if your daughter's driving record is good, they'll be able to get a withhold of adjudication (withhold a finding of guilt) so that the points don't stay on the license. You'll want to shop around -some of these lawyers charge as much as the ticket.
Lastly, she might be able to just represent herself in court -I've seen lots of people get the same results as those with lawyers. Basically, she could plead no contest to ticket and ask for a withhold of adjudication, like a lawyer would. As long as her driving record is pretty decent, most judges will grant the request.
