The instruction manual and parts list are Sears part# INS-269. It is/was back ordered. When none arrived Sears added this:
This is discontinued and the manufacturer has offered no substitute.
You could try calling ALL Sears service centers and see if one of them has a copy on a dusty shelf. Other than that you are S.O.L. many parts are still available, and the exploded diagrams are too. You might figure out what you need to know by looking at the
mechanical drawings. Look here:

Also tool repair shops can help you with operating the unit.
