As you haven't helped me yet, I would apreciate if you did, I cannot access gmail, I put in my user name as XXXXX@XXXXXX.XXX and password as josephinebarry and it does not accept password.

Thank you for the quick reply. Since you have already tried to reset your password, and you have tried to use the secrect question and neither is working the last thing you can do is contact google directly via there support form. Please click on the link below and fill in all the information as accurately as possible, but do not include what you presume to be the password, and google will connect you back with your account.
