Tec Support is helping us, but say they must have the installation disk, which I cannot find, so can you tell me if I can download one or what do you suggest?

When we attempt to download, we get an error message, 404 web page cannot be found.

When we unzipped, it said Windows could not open it because we did not know the publisher.

please run it again,

 

before clicking on the UNzip button, please type

c:\canon

 

into the textbox, and press unzip.

 

it will unzip all the files into your c:\canon folder

 

when done, go to your c:\canon folder

this folder has the required drivers for you to be able to install your printer on your computer
