Hello, my name is Mike and I can help you with this.
All of your symptoms add up to a timing issue. You need to re-check the camshaft timing, and then re-set the ignition timing.
Hope that answers your question.
Thanks,
Mike
Ok, you will need to verify your TDC with piston stop, and then you can re-mark your damper.
You will need to pull out the #1 sparkplug and fabricate a type of bolt setup that will thread in and stop the piston just short of TDC. turn the engine by hand all the say in one direction until it stops. make a mark on the dampener. Turn the engine back all the way until it stops again and make another mark. TDC is exactly between these marks.
Hope that helps,
I also only have general guidelines for valve clearance on that engine. however I can say that you could run it around .011" hot and it should run just fine. I do know that you could set it anywhere from .008" to ..028" and not experience the problem you are having which is fuel burning in the exhaust because the timing isn't allowing it to happen in the combustion chamber.
Hope that helps.
Based on your description of the problem, it actually sounds like a cam timing issue. If it were an ignition timing issue, it seems more likely that you would have other issues like backfiring and such.
Try advancing the ignition timing 10 degrees to see what happens.

Backfire appear when the engine is hot, so I have kept the engine running for 5 or 8 minutes then I turn off the key, when I have turned off, the backfire appear. I have forgot to say I didn´t connect vacumm distribuitor advance to intake manifull. In other hand I have checked timing so it seems is ok, so I will advance ten degree tomorrow to see what happen, also will set valves gap clearance to .011", then I will check head block for bad valve seat sealing. I agree with the problem is fuel is burning out the combustion chamber. I will let you know when the problem is sorting out. Let me know extra comments to may help me.
Thanks
I think you are on the right track here. Let me know how it responds to more ignition timing.
Dear Mike, the problem was solved by your .011" valve gap setting and conecting distribuitor vacumm advance to intake manifull by a hose, you was completely right burning out combustion chamber wich could be cuased by cam shaft timing, ignition timing or bad valve gap setting, didn´t performed 10 degree advance because the problem was solved but it is another possibilty of this problem, thanks for your totally cooperation,

Really glad you got it.
