Hello,

Epistaxis refers to bleeding from the nose. Which can be caused by a number of different issues, adding the sneezing and you can get a better idea of what may cause it. I suspect that this is either Tumors in the nasal cavities or A Infection since she is sneezing.

The most common causes are:

Trauma (Someone hit her, or she ran into something)
Nasal foreign bodies (Something lodged in the nose)
Dental disease, like tooth root abscess
Nasal tumors (Cancerous or non cancerous)
Infections (bacterial, fungal, parasitic)
Certain blood disorders

Unfortunately it isn't something that anyone can tell you without her test results. Based on what you are describing with the sneezing and the blood I would suspect either a infection or Tumors. Something lodged in the nose can also cause the sneezing and blood, but with the X ray they would have seen that right away and removed it last night so we can pretty much rule that out.
