It should be seen by your doctor as it has been growing and now has started giving you symptoms like pain and ringing in ear. This denote that it is causing the pressure on the facial which in turn is giving you the symptoms. The possibility of the diagnosis can be;
1) A salivary gland tumor; usually they are benign tumor.
2) Bone growth from face bones
