Hy.

 

Seems like symptoms of seasonal flu.

Viral fevers /common flu presents with-

• fever (often high)
• headache
• extreme tiredness
• cough
• sore throat
• runny or stuffy nose sometimes
  
• muscle aches
• Stomach symptoms, such as nausea, vomiting, especially in children..
  

If the child is not drinking as they usually do and they have a fever, diarrhea or are vomiting, they can become dehydrated. Dehydration is especially serious in very young children. Signs of dehydration in children include decreased or absent tears when crying, being difficult to arouse from sleep, less urine production than usual, dark urine, dizziness, dry mouth and increased thirst.
If these symptoms persist , you need to start intravenous fluids in consultation with the pediatrician.
Apart from this, there are no specific issues.
You should also get her tested for H1N1 , just in case.
